Will the time card calculator stay free?
Yes. The weekly and biweekly calculator, all overtime rules, rounding, the PDF timesheet, the clock-out calculator and the templates stay free with no signup. Pro adds what needs saving and exporting.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of Time Card Pro free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Is it priced per employee?
No. One flat price covers up to 100 saved employees. Time tracking apps usually charge $4 to $16 per user each month.
Does Pro work with my payroll software?
Pro exports a CSV with one row per employee per pay period (regular, overtime and double time hours, rate and gross pay) plus a daily detail section, and an Excel workbook with a summary sheet and a sheet per employee. Most payroll tools can import hours from a CSV or let you copy them in.
How do I use Pro on another device?
After checkout you get a licence key (TCP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Enter it on the Pro page in any browser to unlock your saved employees and time cards there.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use Manage subscription on the Pro page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Export your time cards first if you want to keep them.
